• $300 for 90-minute new patient appointment 
• $135-175 for a follow-up based on time and complexity.

Rates for Therapy Appointments

• $175 for 90-minute new patient appointment 
• $150 for a follow-up based on time and complexity.

• Accepting Adult and Pediatric Patients
• Anthem BC/BS
• Some services are cash-based, or use your HSA

Payment

We accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. We also accept payment directly on my site via this page.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
